Doriana

She is an expert cook native of Tuscany. After graduating she decided to be in touch with local chefs all around Italy to develop her food passion and cooking experiences. She loves simple, wonderful home-made food without missing out details and decorations on her dishes. She got married soon to Claudio, a professional waiters' teacher. They often work together, creating a wonderful atmosphere filled with elegance, excellent food and feelings!

Our “Tuscan mama”. An expert chef with lots of very important testimonials! A curriculum vitae would be too long to tell!

Well, she want to go further … She prefers to have fun with you, by teaching how to cook a perfect Italian meal.

Cristina

Japanese, she arrived in Italy 6 years ago.. for love! That’s true.. her first love was Guido, her husband, but the second one became the Italian food!

She had the opportunity to work in good catering companies in Italy immediately developing her wonderful organization skills. She is in charge of the cooks' schedules.

You will be in touch with her for menu suggestions and logistic organization of your Italian dinner and food experience.

Beatrice

Beatrice has worked with event organizations for over 10 years. She started working with medical congresses and company incentives but her passion for food & art led her to the organization of personalized events such us weddings for foreign people in Italy, “foodies” programs and tailor-made wine tours.

Her artistic skills will help you decide about flower arrangements, food decoration and presentation, choices of menu and wine suggestions, for that special occasion at your home away from home.

She lives between Tuscany and Sicily with her Sicilian husband who introduced her to the sunny and flavoured Italian South.
