I would recommend hiring the cook to teach a cooking class, as our group had a lot of fun making picci pasta and ate a great lunch. JUNE 2004I highly recommend booking the cook. We did for one night before we left and she was superb! We were a bit hesitant to book her for more than that until we were told how much it cost, under EUR 200 for a five course dinner for 14 people!!! We booked her for another night on the spot. It was cheaper than going to any restaurant and much safer because of the roads.

We strongly recommend to rent a villa in Italy! Italy is expensive but worth it. The cook was the very best value. With a large group we were paying about 20 a head for four courses. After traveling all day, it was nice to come home and find her busy at work in the kitchen. MAY 2004

What I enjoyed most?
Everthing! Having a cook and helper was one of best parts. They became part of our "group"! I would definitely encourage guests to hire the cook. It is such a treat to be served at home. AUGUST 2003
